PRODUCT CHANGES

In case you wish to change the product you have purchased:

• You can do it within 5 days from the day of receipt of your order.
• Changes are accepted only if the product is not worn and is in its original condition.
• The change is made during the delivery of the new product hand in hand with the courier employee who will deliver them to you.
• For each change, you will be charged with the return costs (5 €) if you send your parcel with the cooperating company ELTA Courier Door-to-Door.
• To proceed with the return process, please contact us first.

MONEY RETURN:

In case you want a refund:

• You can do it within 5 days from the day of receipt of your order.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is not worn and is in its original condition.
• You will receive a credit note of equal value to the price of the sale, which can be paid at www.melloncollection.gr. The cost of refund via credit note is 3€.

Discount products, offer products as well as special discount products (Black Friday / Cyber ​​Monday / Clearance – Bazaar / 1 + 1 Gift) are not returned but are exchanged with products of equal or higher value which difference is charged to the consumer.

Clarification: No changes are made to custom made glasses (glasses with prescription) as they are manufactured to specific specifications exclusively for the order in question. Thank you.
